ICCD’s goal is to improve the quality of life of the community through knowledge, education, and teaching. We provide an opportunity for anyone anywhere to share knowledge, information, and courses as an instructor. At the same time, we expand our platform to allow anyone to join and register to benefit from said knowledge and courses as a learner. We are working continuously to keep our marketplace the best platform for knowledge-, information-, and course-sharing between our users.

Before joining our platform as an instructor and adding your course(s), you must read and agree to the Instructor Terms and Conditions (guide).

1-Register and sign up as an instructor or learner

Please complete all the required information and keep your account credentials safe as you are fully responsible for all activities associated with your account, including any damage and/or misuse, whether done with or without your permission.

Also, you must have reached the legal age of consent to use online services and ICCD platform.

2-Course Enrollment

ICCD gives you the opportunity to enroll in our courses however the courses are licensed and are not sold to you. Moreover, you have no right to record the lecture(s) or illegally download the curriculum or the course resources and/or redistribute, sell, share, broadcast, rent, modify, lend, adapt, assign, edit, and/or transmit the course to anyone.

3- Pricing, Payments,

A- Pricing

The prices of the courses on ICCD are determined based on instructor request. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

b Payments

You agree to pay a particular amount of money for attending a specific course at specific time, and you authorize and allow us to charge you via PayPal. By making a payment and joining our course(s), this means you confirm that you are authorized to use the associated payment account(s) and/or payment method(s).

c Refunds and Refund Credits

ICCD not provide any refunds and/or refund credits. All payments are nonrefundable except if the instructor does not show up within 30 minutes of the beginning of the first class of the course.

D- Group Discount

ICCD provides group discounts, including for organizations and/or companies. For more information, please contact us directly.

4- Content and Behavior Rules

In general, you are allowed to use ICCD’s platform for a lawful purpose and you are in charge of all content that you share with students and instructors.

Students on ICCD’s platform are allowed to ask questions to the instructor of the courses you are enrolled it. At times, the instructor may invite students to submit tests or/and assignments. Do not share or submit any files and/or documents that are not prepared by you.

ICCD users must follow the law and fully respect the rights of other parties. Users are not allowed to provide any course(s), resource(s), and/or document(s) which violates applicable national and/or local regulations or laws of any country.

ICCD reserves the right to terminate, suspend, and/or disable your account at any time, with or without direct or indirect notice, and for any or no reason, including for any illegal actions and/or infringements of these terms and conditions.

5- Using ICCD at Your Own Risk

ICCD is open for users to post and/or enroll in courses, and provides an opportunity to communicate and interact for learning purposes in a live environment. Use of ICCD is at your own risk.

6-ICCD’s Rights to Content You Post

ICCD all data on its platform, including the host, name, website, code, and digital contents. Users have no right to use it without permission or authorization.

7- Binding Agreement

If you sign up and start using our platform that means you agree to the terms and conditions of ICCD. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use our platform.

8- Disclaimers

In the event the ICCD website is down, due to planned maintenance or otherwise, ICCD is not responsible for any failure(s) or delay(s) of our services.

9- Limitations of Liability

ICCD is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may result from the use of its platform. You fully agree to any risks associated with the use of the platform and waive any recourse to seek any damages against ICCD.

10-Indemnification

If ICCD discovers that your behavior is against the law or may make ICCD legally culpable, ICCD reserves the right to apply legal recourse against you. Also, you agree to indemnify, defend (if ICCD requests), and hold ICCD and/or its partner(s)/agent(s) harmless against any third-party claim. Your indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account.

11- Updating These Terms

ICCD may update its Terms at times, and it is your responsibility to check and update your information accordingly. The continued use of our platform means you agree to and accept any and all changes and/or updates to our Terms.
